Today's progress on Jess's office
Here are some pictures of what got done today in the room that we're calling Jess's office. It will also be a guest bedroom once we get some more furniture in it.She picked the colors. The wall color is hard to see in the pictures but it is a grayish-purple. The closet's color is much more deep than the pictures show.
I laid down the floor today and put up the ceiling fan. The desk is temporary until we get her a better one. The chair is also temporary (buy comfy).
Her tiny netbook computer is what I'm typing this on right now (not too bad considering my large hands).
This week I'll be putting in the baseboard trim and we'll be doing a little bit of touchup painting so everything looks 100%. We have the shelf and hanger bar for the closet. That will be put up this week so we have a place to hang out-of-season clothing. A bi-fold closet door is also in the plans.
